It was the first matchday back of the new year and following an impressive attendance at training on Thursday the boys were keen to replicate the keen attitude on the pitch.

Next weekend sees the final weekend of football before Christmas. We have five games, no game for the 5s or Vets. 

Saturday saw an absolute session with the Annual OTs Christmas Party organised by Social Secretary/legendary boozer Sean Staunton.

Impressively attended this year post Covid and kindly hosted by our Club Sponsor The Grosvenor , the highlights were Martin’s x-rated Christmas t-shirt (NSFW), and Christian King (of the swingers) crooning a classy version of Robbie Williams Angels (below) and Deji belting out his finest rendition of Spice Girls Wannabe (god bless Rum and Coke eh Deji!) Matchday and the day of the Club Christmas Party saw 5 away games to far flung destinations such as Woking, Thames Dutton, Barnes Bridge and New Eltham. With poor player availability andone eye on the beers after this was probably reflected in the results with 4 losses and 2 wins.
